While we hope that you are always satisfied with your BOHO SEASIDE purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product. If you will need to return your product, please review the information below.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Please contact customer service at support@bohoseaside.com and obtain a Return Authorization Number of your return within 10 calendar days from the date you receive your order as evidenced by the courier's tracking information. Be sure to include your full name and order number in the email. (Attach photo(s) in the email if you have received a defective item or wrong color/style/size.)
  2. Return Authorisations Number will be issued if your return is approved. Follow the instructions and ship your item(s) to the return address we provide.
  3. Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a store credit until our warehouse confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.
  4. Once your return has been received and inspected, the store credit will be sent to you via email within 14 working days.
RETURN POLICY
  • Returned items must be in their original form (not worn, altered, washed) 
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return amount takes you under the threshold for free postage, the amount will be deducted from your store credit as you will no longer be eligible. Store credit will be issued for the amount of piece/s returned excluding the original shipping cost.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We recommend returning your item back to us, then using your store credit to place a new order. Need it urgently? Please contact Customer Service: support@bohoseaside.com and we will provide you with the best possible option.

NON-RETURNABLE & NON-EXCHANGABLE ITEMS

  1. Please note that any orders purchased with store credit/ gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
  2. Any on sale/discounted item(s) can’t be returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY

If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, please contact customer service at support@bohoseaside.com Be sure to provide your full name and order number. Attach photo(s) in the email of the defective item and we will respond with the appropriate return and/or exchange instructions. Items will not be replaced after 14 days

Please note... All color shades can slightly differ in each production run. Lighting may have an effect on the color(s) in the photos and the product color may appear slightly different in real life.
